Donald Ray Tooter "Tooter" Adams

Funeral services will be officiated by Rev. Larry Brown at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial will follow at Callaway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

Don was born September 10, 1940 in Mokane, Missouri to Ray and Georgia Baysinger Adams.

He was a 1959 graduate of South Callaway High School and was a 50 year member of the Plasterers and Cement Masons Union from Jefferson City, Missouri. He worked for 28 years at the Callaway Nuclear Plant until his retirement.

Don is survived by daughter, Donna (Dennis) Rutherford of Warrensburg, Missouri; sons, Dennis (Kimberly) Adams and Caleb Adams all of Fulton; sisters, Alice Gamet and Joann (Jerry) Dinunzio all of Fulton; brother, Stanley (Rita) Adams of Millersburg, Missouri along with nine grandchildren, Daniel Patterson, Amy Fransico, Tiffany Patterson, Austen Adams, Amber Bohney, Holden Adams, Luke Adams, Trinity Adams, and Amazing Adams, eight great-grandchildren, Bentley, Brodey, Nicholas, Kaiden, Serenity, Tyler, Azery and Nathan. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Rhonda Parsons.
