David Bruce Hays

David was born on June 30, 1957 in Fulton, MO the son of Charles and Elsie (Windsor) Hays who preceded him in death. He was married to Jacqueline (Windle) Hays who preceded him in death in 2012. He retired from 18 Wheel Truck Wash as the maintenance manager. David enjoyed fishing, yard work, tinkering around the house and on cars and riding on country roads. He also loved spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Survivors include: two daughters, Irene Mahaney (Ed) of Fulton, MO and Christina McKeller (Abbey Lewis) of Jefferson City, MO; two step-children, Renee Keith and Richard Hays; four sisters, JoAnn Maddox, Ruth Andreasen, Gracie Dingledine and Darlene Hays, several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; special niece, Amanda Benney and numerous nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by five brothers, Charles, Jimmy, Bobby, Tom and Morris; five sisters, Alma, Mary, Helen, Violet and Martha and one step-daughter, Debbie Hays.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 1:00pm (weather permitting), at Readsville Bethel Church, 6723 State Road D, Williamsburg, MO.
