Daryle was born on June 29, 1951, in Fulton, MO the son of Russell and Sarah (Phillips) Dzurick who preceded him in death. On June 22, 1974, he was united in marriage to Lola Cook. In 1970, he graduated from CBC in marketing and accounting. He was the former head buyer for Wetterau Food Services in Mexico, MO. He then owned and operated Creative Distribution Inc and Kingdom Distribution Inc before retiring. His pride and joy was his family, especially his two sons, and he was always putting them first. He was a strong believer in education and the teaching profession. Daryle also enjoyed bass fishing in his boat and watching the St Louis Cardinals and Mizzou sports. He was always smiling and loved to make others laugh. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
Survivors include: two sons, Alexander Dzurick (James Kelly) of St Louis, MO and Christopher Dzurick (Trevor Mulholland) of Ashland, MO; two brothers, John Dzurick (Linda) and David Dzurick; brother-in-law, Lonnie Vaughan (Lyda) and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lola Dzurick in 2013; infant brother, Thomas Dzurick; one brother, Don Dzurick and one sister, Joan Dzurick Meacham.
Private family graveside services will be held at Callaway Memorial Gardens in Fulton, MO. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 26 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the home, 1411 Park Drive in Fulton, MO.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to National Honor Society/Lola Cook Dzurick Memorial Scholarship Fund at South Callaway High School, c/o Debo Funeral Home, 833 Court St, Fulton, MO 65251.
