Beverly was born on March 7, 1951 the daughter of Edson B. Smith and Mable Lillian (Cook) Smith who preceded her in death. She retired after working for 33 years as a Certified Nurse’s Aide at Fulton Manor and Presbyterian Manor in Fulton, MO. She enjoyed spending time with her family and sitting outside in nature watching the birds and deer. Beverly’s three dogs, Missy, Toby and Levi were very special to her.
Survivors include: one daughter, Susan Kivett (Michael) of Jefferson City, MO; one son, Aaron Starkey (Amanda Koelling) of Tebbetts, MO; one sister, Wanda Sheets of Fulton, MO; three grandsons, Ethan Kivett, Dylan Kivett and Devin Starkey and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was also preceded in death by her son, Joshua Ballard; her brother, Carl Smith and one niece, Chrissy Schwartz.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton, MO. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at 2:00 pm with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. Burial will be in Millersburg Cemetery in Millersburg, MO.
