The family of Steven Eric Hanson is heartbroken to announce his passing on February 2, 2023 in Riverside California, age 63. As the twelfth of fourteen children, Steve was born on July 8, 1959 in Lynwood California. He is survived by his wife Dawn of 35 happy years, who he married after completing his military service in 1987. Steve served as a corpsman in the United States Coast Guard and used his medical training throughout his career and life. In his profession, Steve dedicated himself to improving the health and safety of workers throughout California, Nevada and Hawaii as a manufacturers representative for Western Safety Associates until his recent retirement. Steve was currently enrolled at Cal State Fullerton, where he was pursuing his bachelor's degree in Science and Public Health. Everyone that knew Steve can attest to his grace and humility. He had a deep love for his family, music, and serving his friends and community. His three children, Megan, Eric and Ryan, are devastated by this loss and are hosting a private open house in remembrance of their father on February 11, 2023.
