Please help us honor and celebrate the life of Maude Kathryn Chambers of Fort Collins, CO. Born 25 February 1942 to William and Edna Markle from WaKeeney, KS. Our precious Maude went to begin her life in heaven on 3 September 2019, she was 77 years of age. Maude was an extremely loved waitress at the Ever Open Café for nearly 50 years. Maude was also a very well-known Avon Lady. She had a passion for playing Bingo and had an extensive collection of pigs.
She is survived by her loving husband Glenn of 58 years; her son Clifford and his wife Christina Chambers of Wellington, CO. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Athena Chambers and fiancé Stephen Van Zuyen of Hanford, CA., Jeremiah and Francis Chambers, Nicholas and Cynthia Chambers of San Diego, CA., Dustin Chambers of Wellington, CO., Lorraine and Jesus Soto of Wellington, CO., Kristy Lujan of Harlan, IA., and Leroy Lujan Jr. of Wellington, CO. Followed by her great grandchildren; Lorraine: Conner, Jesus, Gabriella, and Isabella. Athena: Zackary and Kristopher. Jeremiah: Neveah, Carson, Centwayne. Kristy: Alicia. Leroy: Anthony, Leory Adam III, Abraham, and Andrew.
She is also survived by her sister, Thelma Lenz and several nieces and nephews.
Please help us celebrate the life of Maude on Friday, September 13 at 2:00 pm located at Resthaven Funeral Home. We will also honor her at a graveside service located at Resthaven Memory Gardens at 3:00 pm following the funeral service.
