Irene Mary Corbin

February 5, 1939, to July 16, 2024

Irene was born to Charlotte and William Reuter. She grew up on the family farm west of Garrison, ND where the Reuter family had a homestead. Irene enjoyed learning and graduated from high school in Garrison, North Dakota (1956); graduated from Saint Alexis School of Nursing (1962) and received a Bachelor of Science degree (1982) from the College of St Francis.

She worked as a Registered Nurse and healthcare consultant.

Irene was very sociable, loved to travel and see new places. She enjoyed meeting new people and made friends easily. She was a great cook and loved to play games and cards. She did not like to lose!

Irene will be affectionately remembered by her children, grandchildren, and many friends. Irene will be affectionately remembered by her sons, Mark (Dalia) Rodahl, Dean (Allyson) Rodahl, Scott (May) Rodahl and Roy Rodahl; stepdaughters, Dawn Corbin and Terri (Glen) Houghton; step- sons, Bob (Lynette) Corbin, Mark (Jessie Schmidt) Corbin and Scott (Lisa) Corbin; brothers, William Reuter, Robert (Sheila) Reuter; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family celebrated her life together privately, respecting her wishes.
