Ryan Michael Landrieu, age 41, of Frisco, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024. Born on April 14, 1983, Ryan was known for his reserved nature, which blossomed into a warm openness with those he became close to. He expressed his affection uniquely and meaningfully, making his words and action deeply cherished by those around him.
Ryan was a passionate enthusiast of cars and could often be found engrossed in the latest automotive magazine or at a car show. His love for reading was equally profound, with a book never far from his reach, providing constant companionship and a window to various worlds.
Preceded in death by his father, F. Victor Landrieu IV; paternal grandparents, Rosemary Landrieu and F. Victor Landrieu III; maternal grandparents, Yvonne Cantrell Edkins and William H. Edkins. He leaves behind his significant other, Jennifer Rosca, his mother, Patricia Landrieu; and sister, Jennifer Landrieu.
Ryan's presence will be profoundly missed, but his impact will continue to be felt by those who were fortunate enough to know him.
The family has planned a Celebration of Life to be held at Lake Lawn Cemetery; 5100 Pontchartrain Boulevard, New Orleans, Louisiana 70124 on September 20, 2024 at 10am.
