Peggy Ruth DeLeon

Peggy worked hard alongside our father on the farm throwing hay bales, riding horses, and driving tractors this woman could do it all. She spent the last 25 years of her working career at Trinity Medical Center in Carrollton. Texas. She loved the outdoors, sports and especially the Texas Rangers and the Washington Redskins. She also enjoyed fishing, gardening and was an avid bird lover. Her favorite past time was cooking for her family of which she took extraordinary pride and joy. Another of her favorite past times was playing dominos, softball, and just cutting up with the family. She loved being with her family, they were the pride and joy of her life. She was known to be a simple women that worked extremely hard.

Peggy is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jose DeLeon.

She is survived by her children, Joe DeLeon and his wife, Michelle, Elisa Walker and her husband Chris, and Raymond DeLeon and his fiance, Brittany; many grandchildren; great grandchildren; and three step children, Frank, Carolina and Joe DeLeon.

Family to begin receiving guests on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Stonebriar Funeral Home, 10375 Preston Road, Frisco, Texas 75033, with funeral service at 1:00 PM. Interment will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery in Aubrey, Texas.
