Elizabeth “Liz” Bell Tidwell (95) passed away on Monday, March 23, 2020 in Frisco, Texas. Liz was the youngest of the Bell Family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Tidwell and her parents, William C. Bell and Maggie Jenkins Bell; siblings, Truman Bell, Irene Bishop and Presley Bell.
She is survived by one son, Billy Tarrant (Linda); two grandchildren, Stacy Jordan (Sean), and Cammy Wells (Scott); one stepson, Scot Kielblock (Paola) and one stepson, Mike Tidwell (Liby) and two step grandchildren, Mat Tidwell (Kimberly) and Will Tidwell (Kahla). Liz is also survived by five great grandchildren and two nephews; Robert (Marilyn) and Kenneth Bishop (Cynthia) and one niece, Eva Bell.
Liz grew up in Lone Oak, Texas and finished High School there and then went on to attend East Texas State Teacher’s College in Commerce, Texas. She moved from Greenville, Texas to Greenville, South Carolina in 1965 then made her final move to Frisco, Texas just a few months ago to be with her family there.
Liz was a member of the Pendleton First Baptist Church in Pendleton, SC; the Bethany Sunday School Class and the Ladies Roper Group.
She had a successful real estate career in Greenville, SC, Salem, SC, Seneca, SC, and Anderson, SC.
Liz touched many, many people in her lifetime. She will always be remembered for her smile and her stylist clothing. She loved her clothes and jewelry! Anyone reading this Life Story knows that Liz will always be remember in this way - - - a classy lady that was a kind and a giving person that was always there for everyone.
The First Baptist Church in Pendleton, South Caroline was a huge part of her life and she very much enjoyed the Sunday School Class and her Ladies Roper Group.
Liz was a person of great faith and lived her life loving and helping others. Heaven just welcomed a very fine lady.
