A visitation for Sam will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E. Nees Ave., Fresno, CA 93720.

A visitation will also be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- Day Saints- W Gettysburg Ave, 524 W Gettysburg Ave, Clovis, CA 93612 followed by a Funeral Church Service at 10:00 AM.

A committal service will occur immediately after the Funeral Church Service at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
