Ruth is survived by her husband Plutarco Flores of 59 years of marriage. Her daughters Anna Lisa Flores, Olga Flores Mandler (Mariano), Graciela Flores and her sons Armando Flores (Marylou), Plutarco Flores Jr. 13 grandchildren, Schy Distel, Alexis Teague, Marcia Mendoza, Corbin Vesner, Marcelo Mandler, Marcus Mandler, Dekon Teague, Lailah Mandler, Victoria Flores, Natalia Flores, Vaughn Whipple, Javier Flores, Armando Emilio Flores and 2 great-grandsons Tristan and Sebastian Distel, her brother Sabino Flores and sister Eva Flores.
Ruth moved from Texas to Fresno County, California in 1960 where she lived the rest of her life with her family. She loved children, cooking gardening, reading, shopping and traveling but most of all her family.
A visitation for Ruth will be held Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721. A visitation will occur Friday, March 18, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721. A celebration of life will occur Friday, March 18, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721. A committal service will occur Friday, March 18, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
