Ralph is survived by his wife, Rosalva Ortiz; his daughter Debbie Riojas; his son Rodney Ortiz; his daughter Caroline Gomez; and his daughter Rosalva Williams; his sister Jennie Rodriguez and his brother Tony Ortiz; his grandchild Jerad N. Riojas, his grandchild Justine Gomez, his grandchild Adam Gomez, his grandchild Ralph J. Ortiz, his grandchild Reginald Williams, his grandchild Miranda Williams and his grandchild Mariano Williams.

A visitation for Ralph will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Calaveras Chapel, 1605 L. Street, Fresno, CA 93721. A rosary service will occur Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721. A funeral service will occur Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St John's Cathedral, 2814 Mariposa St, Fresno, CA 93721. A committal service will occur Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at St Peters Cemetery, 264 N Blyth Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.

Serving as pallbearers are Jerad Riojas, Ralph Ortiz, Rodney Ortiz, Gilbert Garcia, Adam Gomez, Reginald Williams Jr., Mariano Williams, Henry Gomez and Reginald Williams Sr..
