Patrick Sidney Smith

Patrick is survived by his wife, Melody Smith; his son Patrick Smith; his step son Matthew Osborn; his step son Johnny Osborn; and his daughter Dawn Applegate; his sister Nancy Gaffery and his sister Geri Steffenson.

Patrick was preceded in death by his father Louis Smith and his mother Erva Smith.

Mr. Smith also leaves 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

A visitation for Patrick will be held Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will occur Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM. An interment will occur Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Mountain View Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Patrick K. Smith, Johnny Osborn, Johnathon Labbee, Paul Vasquez, Richard Tacadena, Ashton Tapia, Elle Tacadena and Daniel Labbee.
