Marielouise Patricia Haught “Pat” was born in Fresno, California on June 22, 1942, and was raised by her parents Louie & Emily Palomino. Pat graduated from San Joaquin Memorial High School in 1960 and studied Nursing at Fresno State University.
She began her 30-year career working as a surgical administrative assistant in the Radiation Therapy Department at Fresno Community Hospital and concluded with the Prather Oncology Group. In 1998, she started a second career working for Clovis Unified School District at the Adult School. Pat was a classically trained pianist who enjoyed dancing and Mariachi bands.
She passed away on September 30, 2024, after suffering a stroke. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Thomas Haught. She is survived by her son Bryan Ceja of Chicago, Illinois, her daughter Cynthia Magness, son-in-law Marcus Magness and grandchildren Collin, Audra and Annalise of Clovis, California, and her stepdaughter Donna Haught of Wishon, California.
