Jean Najarian

She was born in Chicago, Il. on May 10, 1919, and moved to California in 1952, then to Fresno in 1956. She was a cosmetologist for 12 years, after which she became an Anesthesia Technician and worked for St. Agnes Hospital for 15 1/2 years. She retired in 1984.

Jean was preceded in death by her daughter, Cheryl Carroll of Santa Monica; and sister, Edwina Berry of Bakersfield.

She is survived by her two sons, Michael Najarian of Washington, and Russell E. Berry of Lake Isabella, Ca.; sister, Henrietta Hashman of Chatman, Il.; brother, Walt Haws of Stockton, Ca.; nine grandchildren; two great granddaughters; one great-great grandson; and many relatives and dear friends.

Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Thursday, August 2, 2012, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held at the Lisle Funeral Home on Friday, August 3, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Fresno Memorial Gardens.
