Janice Carstens

Janice Carstens was born July 30, 1941 and peacefully passed away on June 4, 2015 at the age of 73. Janice was born in Fresno and raised in Kerman, California. Janice married Robert L. Carstens in 1960 and she and Bob lived in Easton for 55 years.

Janice was preceded in death by her husband, Bob. Janice is survived by two sons, Wayne Carstens and wife Karen, Gary Carstens and wife Jamie; two beloved grandchildren, Robert and Elizabeth Carstens; Siblings Marjorie Thompson, and husband Morris, and brother, Fred Steffen and wife Carol; and numerous nieces and nephews.

We would like thank her caregivers Nanette Praetz and Belinda Cortez, Dr. Hackett and Hinds Hospice for their support.

Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m.

A Funeral Service will be held at Easton Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
