Ivie Leigh Chase

Ivie Chase passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on December 6, 2024, at the far too young age of 61. She will be truly missed by all those who had the honor of having her in their lives. Born on July 12, 1963, she was known for her big personality, generous, giving heart, her compassion for her career as a Registered Nurse, and her immense love for her children and grandchildren. Ivie truly made everything a “party” and was a joy to be around.

Ivie Chase is survived by her six children: Jared, Julie, Joshua, Val, Sierra, and Brandon, as well as her dear Grandchildren: Sterling, Vance, Alice, and Clayton.

Ivie Chase's life was characterized by the service and care she gave Veterans, as a beloved Registered Nurse. She is a true example of hard work and strength. Ivie held nothing more sacred than her role as a mother. She sacrificed and gave all she could for her children.

Her fun Jeep rides with the newest, hit music blaring, her delicious, homemade meals, her contagious, boisterous laugh, sarcastic humor, the sound of her playing piano filling her beautiful home, and her cherished hugs of love will all be sorely missed. She will be remembered for the impact she has had on all the Veterans, family, and friends who were able to meet and know her.
