Herb, age 96, passed away in Fresno, CA, on Monday, October 26, 2015.
Herb is survived by his daughter, Carol Krepp; son, Jim Hubbard; sister, Phillis Swartz; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held at Stephen's & Bean Funeral Home on Friday, October 30, 2015, from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m.
A Burial Service to follow at Belmont Memorial Park, where he will be laid to rest next to his loving wife Eileen.
