Wish we could have gotten together later in our adulthood!

I’m so sorry to hear about Greg’s passing, I knew Greg when we were in our teens and hung out together. The three of us were the best of friends, Greg, Louie and myself, we all went our ways when Louie died going back to the Air Force in Anchorage. I ended up in Sacramento when Georgia. I’m so sorry we didn’t join up and maybe some days we will again. Rest In Peace, Greg........Fred Gutierrez 

My daddy the days and nights are the hardest. I can still hear you in the house or see you outside working in your garden.  I still can't believe your gone. People have asked me how I'm doing and the only word that comes out is shattered 💔. My heart is broken I have a void that's painful at times it feels like I can't breath when I start to cry. I know things will get better with time but until then I must go through this heartache 💔
I call your phone at times just to hear your voice and sit in your room just to be near you. Your every where❤

 I love to see the common themes among these memories because we all remember what a joyful and fun person Cousin Greg was. We last celebrated together at mine & Bobby's wedding. There's a pictute of us walking in during our introduction and Greg was the first one to hold up his hand to high five Bobby. Such a fun memory of our special day!  Cousin Greg had a way of making you feel special with his great hugs and smiling eyes. He will be deeply,  but fondly missed ♡ We love you and are here for you Linda, Lanya, Leah & Victoria.

I had the privilege of knowing Greg for 25 years, since I was a baby. My family would go over for holidays and have gatherings where Greg would share all kinds of stories. Some of my favorite memories were Greg sharing about his gardening, fishing, and military days. I always looked forward to his hugs and hearing new things that he had been up to when he showed videos on his flip phone. I’m going to miss his hugs and presence deeply.

My beloved Daddy how do I begin to say goodbye to you? I have some big shoes to fill now that you are gone. The lessons you taught me and many deep talks we had while fishing or camping. I didn't understand them at the time but you always told me"remember what I'm telling you its for a reason" now I know you were preparing me for this moment. So many life lessons you taught me but the most important one was to ALWAYS take care and Love, protect your family. You are my hero the strongest soldier I had the pleasure to call Dad. Rest In Peace Greg
Every trip to Fresno or his trips to Santa Ana, we would talk for hours about guns/firearms. They could always find us, we'd be in the back telling stories and drinking a beer or two.  Greg told me of his armory days while he served.  That he was in charge of the whole stockpile! He gave me a large knife that he had Layna retrieve from the car. I will always cherish the memories Greg Morales!

My uncle Greg was such an honorable, kind hearted man filled with laughter and much love for all.  His patience with kids was admirable and I'm sure many of us have prized memories as children and adults of him that we will keep forever in our hearts.  It didn't matter how many years passed, the positive energy Uncle Greg put into visiting, celebrating, showing support or lending a helping hand was always consistent. His effortless ability to show such love and acceptance to strangers and family alike is definitely unique. I never could call you "Greg" growing up I got to know you as "Papa Greg". I remember when I was a kid we lived next door to grandma Tina and as through the years passed my family became so close to you all, We were all family! Growing up I the opportunity to make so many memorable BBQ's and attend so many parties and as always you, Papa Greg was always the main attraction! You were the funniest, always always so happy. Never a dull moment. You will forever be in our hearts and never forgotten!!!! 

I only met your father a few times, but he was a very welcoming and friendly man who I know loved his beautiful family with all of his heart. Please know that we are praying for your family at this difficult time. May God give you peace in your hearts.

Uncle Greg will be missed and remembered most by his contagious laugh, his sweet and soft spoken voice, his rememberable story time about how he loved to go fishing with his daughter lanya, but my memories of him that I will miss the most is how he always greeted me and my son, with nothing but love and open arms, and just hearing him say, "hiii baby"! With so much excitement in his voice and a with a small peck kiss that he often gave to all his loved ones. That is what I will miss the most. 
This photo is of my sons 6th Grade graduation 🎓  I was so happy to see uncle Greg and aunty and Victoria join us. Im greatful Brandon will have this memory to hold on to. We both love this picture.. It meant alot to the both of us.. 

Although I did not know your Dad, Lanya, just by knowing you I know he had to be a great man! I am praying for you and your family! I pray for Gods’ comfort and peace during this time! 

Greg, I’ll forever be grateful to you for accepting me as a family member from the time I was 8 yrs. old. Your kindness and love was felt by anyone that was in your presence. Your silly jokes and fun stories will never be forgotten. The love you had for all family and friends was amazing. So many were blessed for having you in their lives and I’m one of these individuals. Be at peace and hug my pops for me. 💕

Greg you will surely be missed by everyone whose lives you touched and filled with your pleasant, loving, and humorous nature. You always had the largest smile on your face and you certainly lit up any room that you entered. You always had the biggest loving heart that will be forever remembered. And then there’s this guy….. like no other. I was blessed to have my Bro in my life for 51 years. He knew how to make his presence be known with his sly jokes and chill manner. No one can make a better deep fried turkey or potato salad than him, but we’ll keep trying. No one will ever be as fun loving and considerate than him, he loved and cared from deep in his soul. You will be more than missed at our family bar-b-ques, holidays I’ll miss seeing you sitting around the fire pit in Pismo enjoying your cigar and glass of Merlot.
