Elsie Rebecca Bush, age 97, of Tulare, California passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2022. Elsie was born in Kentucky to Jessie and Effie Goodin.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dale.
She was a longtime resident of Fresno area where she was an writer, photographer, publisher and former correspondent for the Fresno Bee. Elsie has published children's books as well as books about the history of Big Creek and the surrounding areas.
A private burial will take place at Belmont Memorial Park in Fresno.
