It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy Lucielle Nystrem, aged 91, on August 30, 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dorothy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, friend, whose life touched the hearts of many.
Dorothy was born on June 23, 1933 in Louisiana to Morris and Mamie Conn. Throughout her life, Dorothy displayed an unwavering commitment to her career, family and friends. She will be remembered for her kindness, humor, and generosity.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents Morris and Mamie Conn. She is survived by her loving daughter Connie Lively, and granddaughter Amanda Ford.
A committal service for Dorothy will be held Monday, October 28, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 S Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in honor of Dorothy's memory.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all those who have offered support and condolences during this difficult time.
Dorothy will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
