Barbara Brown, November 13, 1963 - October 30, 2022 Kerman, California. Barbara Pacheco Brown passed away on October 30, 2022, at age 58. She was born in Fairfield, California and resided in Novato, San Rafael, Modesto and Corona before settling in Fresno in 1990. Barbara was a talented artist and she also enjoyed doing investigative research. She loved her dogs Buddy and Lucy and her cat Princess. She enjoyed the family cattle herd, especially watching the baby calves run and play in the pasture. Barbara was known for her kindness and generosity, deriving great joy and satisfaction out of helping others, often performing random acts of kindness for strangers, and regularly sending gifts to family and friends.
Barbara is preceded in death by her father Rudy, her mother Gayle, her sister Kathy and her nephew Kyle. She is survived by her husband Ken of 32 years, her sister Debi, her nieces Jaime, Sierra, Whitney and Shanelle, and her nephews Dylan and Nick. Family and friends are welcome to join us for a celebration of Barbara’s life on November 18, 2022 at 11 am at the Whitehurst Funeral Home, 836 E. Nees Avenue in Fresno.
