Anna Yen Lan Lim

Anna Lee Lim passed away March 5, 2019. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harry Lim, sons Jimmy Lim and Richard Lim, and daughter Doris Sullenger. She is survived by son Robert Lim and wife Shirley, daughter-in-law Jana Lim (widow of Richard), daughter Karen and husband David Peck, son Alan Lim, daughter Barbara and husband Tom Rotella. She is blessed and lucky to have seven grandchildren (Bryan Peck, Derek Lim, Amy Rotella, Natalie Wallis, Kamela Lim, Brent Lim, and Rachelle Ellis). Plus seven great-grandchildren (Kalen Rotella, Vaughn Wallis, Thomas Wallis, Daeya Peck, Brianna Rodriguez, Aries Ellis, and Ariya Ellis).

She was born in China, January 28, 1930, later she married Harry Lim and came to Fresno, Ca in 1947. Along with her husband and brother-in-law Tommy Fong and his wife Shirley, father-in-law George Fong and mother-in-law, Lee Shee Fong, they started Fong’s Chinese Dinners in 1952 which they ran successfully for many years. Anna was active with Jan Ying Association and active with St. Genevieve’s Church.

Anna loved to cook and loved everyone she met especially the little ones.

She always greeted everyone with open arms and a heart warming smile. She will be missed by all.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, Chapel, on Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Service will be at Whitehurst, Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, Chapel, on Friday March 15, 2019 at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
