She was born on August 9, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio.
Martha married Norbert Lee Kunk on February 6, 1956 in Portland, Indiana. He preceded her in death on January 7, 2024.
She was a very skilled seamstress, she enjoyed making clothing for her family, and quilting.
Survivors include her children, Leonard (Rose Crubaugh) Kunk of Coldwater, Michigan, Joseph (Baoxiang Li “Annie”) Kunk of Lansing, Michigan, Larry Kunk of Addison, Michigan and Leslie (Bill) Krantz of Jackson, Michigan, grandchildren, Zachary Thornton, Kaylee (Ben) Dilley, Monica Kunk, Abigail Kunk, Ben Kunk, Marissa Krantz, Sarah Krantz and Bozhou Chen “Eddie”.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Zoe Kunk and her parents, Leonard and Suzanne (Polson) Coates.
Graveside Services will be held at 12 pm Friday, December 27, 2024 at Knauss Cemetery, Kinderhook Township, Michigan.
