She was born on August 4, 1926 in Camden, Michigan to the late Keith and Ethel (Crawford) Rogers.
Donna graduated from Camden High School in 1944.
She later married Paul L. Moffett on August 29, 1958 in Fremont, Indiana. He preceded her in death on May 9, 2010.
Donna attended Fremont United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling to Florida, and in her later years lived in Florida for a short while.
Donna was always busy gardening, growing vegetables and flowers, taking cars rides with Paul, and in her younger days, she liked to go roller skating. She loved her family very much, and was a wonderful grand-mother. Donna was also a good neighbor and friend to all in the Fremont Community. She will be missed by many.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda (Rick) Peerboom of St. Petersburg, Florida, step-daughter, Judy (Pat) Kelley of Northwood, Ohio, a step-son, James (Phyllis) Moffett of LaGrange, Indiana, eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Hayes.
Visitation will be held from 3 -6 pm Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm Friday, January 26, 2024 at Beams Funeral Home, Fremont, Indiana. Rev. Susannah Tulloch will officiate the service.
Burial will follow at Fremont Cemetery, Fremont, Indiana.
Memorial donations in her memory may be directed to Fremont Fire Department, Fremont Public Library or to the Fremont Cemetery.
