James, also known as Bennie, passed away peacefully in San Leandro, CA where he was a longtime resident at the age of 81.
James is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years Linda, sons James Jr. and Danny with their spouses Thomas and Kimberly; 2 grandsons Vincent and Matthew.
The family wishes to thank the caregivers at Eden Hospital in Castro Valley and San Leandro Health Care Center for the compassionate care given to him at the end of his earthly journey.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00PM, Monday, July 18th with a funeral service following at 10:30AM on Tuesday, July 19th at San Leandro Funeral Home, 407 Estudillo Ave., San Leandro. The burial will follow the service at the Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park in Hayward.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Our Lady of Good Council Church in San Leandro.
