Lisa Marie Childress

Lisa Marie Childress, 47, of Fredericksburg, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 23, 2011. She worked for the Reserve Officers Association for over 27 years. She is survived by her mother, Sharon Krieger and husband, Junior of Stafford; father, Otis Garnett and companion, Barbara Brooks; brother, Anthony Garnett Childress and wife, Michelle of Fredericksburg; niece, Carley and nephew, Caleb; aunt, Pam Limbrick and husband Henry of Stafford; and other nieces and nephews who knew her as the “Cupcake Lady”. The family will receive friends at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel on Thursday, January 27, 2011 from 6-8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011 at 1:30 PM at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
