Kathy was a retired nurse who loved spending time with her family. She had a generous, giving heart and, as a passionate animal lover, considered her dogs, Sassy, Cici, Penny, and Sandy, to be members of her family.
She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Welch (Darryl Dawson) and Kristina McCormick; five grandchildren, Meagan (Brandon), Miranda, Tiffany (Jared), Bailee, and Robert; two great grandchildren, Madelyn and Annabella; brother, Robert Rogers; sister, Karen Kirkpatrick, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arvin and Evelyn Rogers, and her brother, Bill Rogers.
A graveside service will be held for her immediate family on Wednesday, March 23, in Elida, NM at the Elida Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to your local SPCA.
