Joseph Sullivan Jr.

Joseph Sullivan, Jr., age 76, of Fredericksburg, VA passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Mary Washington Hospital. He was born on November 30, 1947 in Fredericksburg, VA the son of the late Joseph and Suzy (Whalen) Sullivan, Sr. he was a US Army Veteran. He was a retired supervisor at Dominion Power. He was preceded in death by a stepson, Darrell Moore. Survivors include his loving wife, Darlene G. Sullivan; one son, Joseph Eugene Sullivan of Fredericksburg, VA; four brothers, Raymond Sullivan (Wilma) of Stafford, VA, Tommy Sullivan (Ann) of Stafford, VA, Paul Sullivan of Newport News, VA, Roy Sullivan of Stafford, VA; three sisters, Linda Kerns of Stafford, VA, Mary Roles (Lindy) of Spotsylvania, VA, Shirley McCann (Billy) of Stafford, VA; two grandchildren, Amanda Hill (Ian) and Joey Sullivan; three great grandchildren, Adaline Hill, Ian Hill, Jr, Frankie Sullivan. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 1621 Emancipation Highway, Fredericksburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery
