Theresa R. Cantrell, 50, born on March 18, 1960 in River Rouge, Michigan, to Catherine Justice and the late Ralph Damron, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2011 at her home, surrounded by her loving family members. She was employed by the Peterman Company as a Bus Driver for the Lakota School District. Theresa was a member of the Moose Lodge # 501, and attended the New Life Vineyard Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Ron Cantrell; daughter, Lisa Allen Hollar, and son, Matthew Cantrell, all of Monroe, Ohio; grandchildren Noah and Caitlyn Hollar; her parents, Catherine and Joe Hoak; sisters Beverly Richard Cook, and Draxie Jonathan Tripoli, both of Michigan, and Tammie Pilkins of Englewood, Florida; her brother Gary Damron of Englewood, Florida; her in-laws, Robert and Beverly Sponsel, Rebecca and D.J. Helmrich, Sherry and Johnny Davis, Anthony Cantrell, and Brenda and Dan Joseph; special friends Aunt Connie and Ron Centers; and numerous nieces and nephews, and loving friends and colleagues. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Damron; and brothers Ralph "Beetle" Damron, Jr., and Ronnie Damron. The family would like to express a special thank you to Hospice of Middletown, especially her nurse Jennifer; and to Dr. Mary Ellen Gaeke for her excellent care. The family will receive friends at the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, March 8, with funeral services at 8:00 PM, officiated by the Rev. James Anderson.
