Sharon Faye Tharp, age 69, of Middletown, OH, died Sunday May 24, 2020 at Garden Manor. Sharon was born in Middletown, OH on February 19, 1951 to the late Frank and Ruth (Charlton) Hormel. Sharon was formerly employed with Precision Packaging. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Hormel; her sisters, Margaret Lamb, Patricia Wolfe and Emma Gentry. Sharon is survived by her husband, Donald Tharp; her brothers, Randy Hormel, Paul Hormel and Larry Hormel; and her sister, Bertha Gutherie. Funeral Services are 1pm Friday May 29, 2020 at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd St Franklin, OH with Rev. Dave Bowling officiating. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home.
