Roger was born in Ezel, KY to the late Charles and Gladys (Manning) Clark.
Roger was a veteran of the Vietnam War and was owner and operator of Clark's Tax Service in Franklin for many years.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Phyllis (Pennington) Clark; his daughter, LeAnn (Jason) Byrge; his son, Thomas Fultz; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Levi and Liam.
A visitation for Roger will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E. 2nd St., Franklin, Ohio 45005 with the Funeral Service to follow with Chaplain Thomas Myers officiating.
Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery with full military honors..
