Mary Lou Hart

Mary Lou Hart (Rowe) of Miamisburg, Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, May 17, 2021. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on January 20, 1931 along with her twin sister, Nancy Sue, to the late Paul and Floyd (Venerable) Rowe. She was raised in New Albany, Indiana and attended Eastern University where she majored in Elementary Education. Her first position was a Kindergarten Teacher in Springboro, Ohio, where she met her future husband, Tom Hart. They were married on August 27, 1955 and settled in Miamisburg. She continued her teaching in Franklin for one year and then was hired in Carlisle and taught Elementary until she retired in 1993.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Bill Rowe; sister, Martha (Rowe) Merrill; brother in law, Lindsay Merrill; twin sister, Nancy Sue (Rowe) Johnson; brother in law, Jim Johnson and brother in laws, William Hart and Joseph Hale.

Survivors include her loving husband of 65 years, Tom; son, Robert Hart (Sheila Davis) of Miamisburg; daughter, Paula Worley (Paul) of Lebanon; grandchildren, Craig Worley (fiancée, Sharis Shabandari) of Columbus, Erin Worley (Matt Daley) of Kettering, Thomas Hart (Ashley Rea) of Middletown, and Jonathan Hart of Trenton. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Sadiee Williams, Jonah Franklin, Quentin Daley and Rylynne Hart; sister in laws, Shirley Rowe of Carmel, Indiana, Marguerite Hale of Sunset Beach, North Carolina, Nancy Baker of Cincinnati, Ohio and Donna J. Hart of Bellville, Ohio as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, May 21, 2021 from 11am to 1pm at Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E 2nd St Franklin, OH followed by the Funeral Service with Pastor Cornelious Hancock officiating. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens
