Martin L Allen

Martin was self-employed with ADM. To know Martin was to love Martin. Martin lived everyday of his life for his kids and his grandkids. He was the happiest at the lake with his family and friends. He also enjoyed hunting and spending time at the beach. He was a longtime member of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Carlisle.

A very close friend of the family was able to describe Martin best. “ Martin had such a love for life. He told nostalgic stories with the excitement as if they happened yesterday and lived for adventure. He had the biggest most contagious smile.”

He was preceded in death by his father, Noel Henry Allen Sr. Martin is survived by his children, Lee Allen, Kyle Allen, Tiffany Allen(Chris Watts); his grandchildren, Charlie Watts, Oliver Watts; his brothers, Noel Allen, Chris Allen; and the mother of his children, Marie Allen; and Mother Barbara Jo Allen.

A visitation for Martin will be held Friday, December 29, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 820 Central Ave, Carlisle, OH followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Larry Lambes officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery.
