Jackie (Jack) Lee Fisher, age 85, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023 at his residence. Jack was born in Clayton, OH on December 7, 1938 to the late Jesse Albert and Ivalue Mary (Hart) Fisher.
Jack grew up in Hillsboro, OH working on the family farm, training race horses with his mother, and developing his craft as a mechanic. He spent his earlier working career as a mechanic with Stevie Ford in Miamisburg. He was one of the founding fathers and first president of the Miami Valley Four Wheelers Jeep Club. He became the lifelong mechanic for “The Gang” in the Jeep Club for repairing their Jeeps. He was also able to return to his cherished career as a farmer for 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Fisher and sister, Wilma Hopkins. Jackie is survived by his four children, Jack (Bonnie) Fisher, Mark (Kris) Fisher, Jeff (Rebecca) Fisher, and Matt (Jenny) Fisher; his seven grandchildren, Travis (Maria), Ty, Cody, Ford, Gage, Grace, and Cole; his great grandchild, Ally; his two brothers, Harold Fisher, Ronnie Fisher, and his two sisters, Janet Wallace and Rita Snyder.
Funeral Services are 12pm Saturday December 30, 2023 at Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St.. Springboro, OH. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday from 10am to 12pm at the funeral home.
