Elisha Gerald Chambers “Gerald”, age 79, of Lebanon, Ohio passed away on Sunday, January 2nd 2022. He was born in Hazel Green, Kentucky on July 25, 1942, to parents Elisha and Bessie Fern Chambers (Taulbee).
Gerald was employed at Chrysler Airtemp until his retirement in 1981. As a former Union Leader he cared for his fellow co-workers. He also loved being around his family as well as people in general.
Mr. Chambers was preceded in death by his parents, and six brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his son, Steve (Jennifer) Chambers; grandchildren, Bobbi Lynn Young, Tyler and Aaron Chambers, Stephanie, Kelly and Andrew Rish; great grandchildren , Franki, Davey, and August Young, Remi, and Vaeda Chambers; sisters, Nancy (Robert) Thompson, Annie (Greg) Charnesky, and Karen (Danny) Mayhon; brother, Cleve Chambers; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Hazel Green, Kentucky.
