Donald is survived by his loving wife Wanda Faye Trusty of 60 years, sons Donald (Dwayne) Trusty, Michael (Shawn) Trusty and Daughter in Love Jenna Houseman, daughters-in-laws Tanya Marie Trusty and Bobbi Jo Trusty, and loving grandchildren, Bailey Marie Trusty, Emily Renee Trusty, Trinity Lei Trusty and Presley Irelynn Trusty. Donald Ray Trusty was born to Edgar and Cledith Trusty along with four sisters (Deloris, Anna, Juanita, Peggy) and one brother (Ronnie) with many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Donald Trusty was a loving father, husband, grandfather, uncle and friend to everyone. Don loved his church, Miamisburg Full Gospel Tabernacle, especially its youth. He worked as a Minister, Soldier, Entrepreneur and GM Employee (Retired). He spent his free time building God’s church and enjoyed spending time in nature, fishing and camping with his family.
Donnie was always there to help relatives and friends with household projects, spiritual guidance or just being present and enjoying their company. Praise to my beloved wife who supported me throughout my life and was my best friend, I could not have asked for a better wife; a special thanks to my church and pastor Lonnie Mitchell for allowing God’s will to be done in the development of my Christianity and God’s Church; the people at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton in Dayton for their loving care and support during his final days.
Also, the family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude towards Anderson Funeral Home & Crematory for being very accommodating and understanding during this difficult time.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 27th, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Miamisburg Full Gospel Tabernacle church at 515 Schroeder St, Miamisburg, OH 45342 MIamisburg, OH with Funeral services to follow at 1:00 pm at the church.
