He is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; brother, Walter Jess Wells Jr., and nephew, Rickey Bird Jr.
Danny lived a full life, he was a joker and loved to fish. He had many jobs but he loved working with his father and brothers as a roofer.
Danny leaves behind two daughters, Cindy De La Cerda and Kimberly Wells; two granddaughters, Yesmin De La Cerda and Talia Wells; two grandsons, Pedro De La Cerda and Gavin Bowser; three brothers, Donny Wells, Tony and Tommy Wells all of Texas; four sisters, Alice (husband, Rickey) Bird Sr. of Ohio, Debora (husband, Dump) Murphy of Texas, Jeannie Morris of Texas, Suzanne (husband, Bubba) Choate of Texas; many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
He will sadly be missed by all. We love you D-Ray!
Private Services for the family were held at the Franklin Church of God, 10 am-12 pm on Tuesday, February 6, 2018.
