Dr. Cindy Hahn was a Fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association and had been practicing occupational therapy (OT) for over 40 years. The primary focus of her work was in mental health and substance abuse care, with a specialty in adolescent treatment. Dr. Hahn had taught multiple levels of OT education and served as the OT Program Director in a variety of educational settings. Her degrees include a Post-Professional Doctorate in occupational therapy, two master’s degrees (one in psychology and the other in occupational therapy), and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and physical education. Dr. Hahn has presented nationally and internationally and has received recognition at the state level and from the national OT organization for her exceptional work in mental health practice.
She is survived by her four daughters Tammy, Michelle, Jessica and Kristin. & her three grandchildren Brianna, Hayden & Emily.
