Charles S. Rowland, age 74, of Franklin, Ohio passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at the Atrium Medical Center. Charles was born in Middletown, OH on February 28, 1947 to the late Walker and Frances (Kirby) Rowland.
Charles was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the US Army, was employed with Armco Steel for 33 years retiring in 2001 and a member of Franklin Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Sharon Hurt and his brother, James Rowland. Charles is survived by his wife of 51 years, Linda Rowland; his daughter, Christie Rowland; and his brother, Walker Paul Rowland Jr.
Funeral Services are 1p-m Tuesday September 21, 2021 at Franklin Baptist Church 160 Deardoff Rd Franklin, OH with Pastor Ethan Daves officiating. Burial will be Butler County Memorial Park with military honors. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11am to 1pm at the church.
