Bonnie Lucille (Hardin) Williamson joined her heavenly family on November 16, 2019 at the age of 97, at home surrounded by her family. She was born July 17, 1922 in Baca County, Colorado to Earnest G. and Ethel T. (Humphreys) Harden. Her school years were spent in Montrose, Colorado, and following her graduation from Montrose High School, she moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado and attended Blair Business College. Her work career began as a secretary at what was then Camp Carson. On December 24, 1946, Bonnie married the love of her life, Omer Williamson, and before his death in 2013 they celebrated 67 years of marriage. For a number of years they spent their winters in Daytona Beach, Florida where Bonnie enjoyed time with friends, craft groups, lots of pot-lucks and group travels.
Bonnie is survived by three Daughter's, Omeria Elkins (Steven), Marilynn Kolak (John) and Carol Lee Baker, Six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, mother and father, three brothers and a sister.
Burial will take place in Campo, Colorado and a special Celebration of Life will be held in the summer at her happy place in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Abode Hospice.
