Bernard M. Simensky passed away on February 26, 2024 with his wife at his bedside. Bernie is survived by his wife, Jean Simensky, and his four children: Joann (Tom), Natalie (Stuart), Bernie Jr. ( Deanna), and Tina Marie (Scott). He is also survived by two stepchildren, 11 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He was proceeded in death by his first wife, Gloria J. Simensky and his sister Carol Decarlo.
He was born in Brownsville, PA to Peter Simensky, Jr. And Veronica Patsko. He graduated from high school, entered into the US Army where he got his associates degree, and retired from in 1982. He then went on to be a Postal Carrier for the US Postal Service in 2006 and retired after 22 years.
Bernie was a perfectionist in everything he did. He was an excellent woodworker and loved spending time in his workshop. He enjoyed creating stained glass art and was an all around handyman. He enjoyed working in the yard and reading was his relaxation. He was always there to help others. He will be truly missed by all.

A Committal Service will be held at Pikes Peak National Cemetery Thursday 03/14/2024 at 2pm
