Bill was born on January 31, 1947, in Lenoir, North Carolina, to Julius Foy Bradshaw and Virginia Onzelle Cowan Bradshaw.
He is survived by his wife, Grace Bradshaw; three sons, Billy, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Tony and wife, Heather, of Grand Prairie, and Chris, of Frisco; four grandchildren, Delia, Lorelei, Parker, and Layla; sister-in-law, Sylvia Montoya, of San Antonio; sister-in-law, Velma Tyre Bradshaw, of Tarboro, North Carolina; nieces, Reesie Bradshaw and Zina Almers; nephew, Council Bradshaw; and many close friends.
Bill graduated from Ahoskie High School in 1965, and after serving honorably in the United States Army for three years, he studied pharmacy at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, graduating in 1973.
Later that year, Bill and his wife, Grace, moved to Fort Worth to begin his career in pharmacy - a career that spanned over 42 years. They have also been members of St. Rita’s Catholic Church for close to 45 years, where Bill also served as financial secretary for the Knights of Columbus.
Bill had many hobbies over the years: coaching his son’s baseball teams, gardening, photography, stamp and coin collecting, loyally following Tar Heel athletics, and most importantly, spending many beautiful moments with his four grandchildren, who were the light of his life in his later years.
