Timothy was a veteran of the United States Air Force and Army Reserves. He worked as a professional machinist for many years. He loved riding his trike and was a proud member of the Brothers of the Third Wheel Trike Group and was also a proud member of the American Legion Post 655 and American Legion Riders.
Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, Thurman Joseph and Vivi Jo Wallace McCue; son, James Leo Banks Jr.; and sister, Linda Haskins.
Survivors: Wife, Mary C. McCue of Crowley; son, Gordon Banks (Kayla) of Spring; sister, Glenda Kay Hart of Covington; brothers, Darrell (Michelle) of Weatherford, Noel (Monica) of Fort Worth, Warren of Cuero; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
