Mrs. Robin Denise Franklin

Robin Denise Solomon-Franklin was born to Gertha Solomon Wright and William Wise July 28, 1964, in Fort Worth Texas. Robin received her formal education within Fort Worth ISD graduating with the Class of 1982 of Polytechnical High School in Fort Worth. At an early age Robin gave her life to Christ and joined Mt. Carmel BC where Rev. K.C. Granbury is Pastor and attended faithfully with her family. In November 2018 Robin joined Rock Church under Pastor Johnathan Stringfellow, which later merged in 2019 and renamed to Legacy Church of Fort Worth where Robin remained and served on the Hospitality Committee and served in other capacity as needed.

Robin always had the heart of a servant and a passion to serve others. It showed through her 10 years’ as a Customer Service Representative with Sprint Mobile Service. In 2014 she carried that same passion to ADT Holdings where she has been employed for the past 8 years as a Customer Service Technician and Level 3 Specialist. Robin recently ranked #1 within the company for her customer service. Robin joined the Unique Juss Uss Divas Social and Charity Club in 2015 and carried the title as Chaplain which allowed her to care for and support other’s needs.

Robin had a heart for people, a smile that was infectious and she never met a stranger. She loved red roses, bling, and all things that spoke of Beauty. If you saw Robin, she was known for wearing her bling, her favorite hairstyle “finger wave”, and was always dressed to kill. A true “Diva” in her own right. In 2018, Robin met the love of her life, Keith “MR” Franklin. They shared a story book romance and after 2 years of courting they were united in Holy Matrimony September 26, 2020.

On October 22, 2022, Robin peacefully transitioned in her home she shared with her loving husband. Robin is preceded in death by her father William Wise, and her brother Donnie Solomon. Robin leaves behind her husband, Mr. Keith Franklin; five sons Clinton and Josh Solomon, Davian Franklin, Daylon and Daquan Tanksley all of Fort Worth Texas. Four nieces that she lovingly cared for; Liberty, Justice, Gertha, and Drucilla Solomon all of Fort Worth Texas. A loving Mother Gertha Solomon-Wright of Fort Worth Texas. Four siblings Debra Payne, Shelia Solomon, Cleo Crowder, and Byron Brockman of Fort Worth Texas. Five grandchildren Kingston, JaNiyah, Chloe, Aaliyah, and Legend Solomon all of Fort Worth. One nephew Zachary Darden of Phoenix Arizona. Five Aunts, Naomi Lang, Katha House, Judy Mays all of Marlin Texas. Barbara Glenn of Dallas Texas. Caroline Sue Solomon of Temple Texas. Four Uncles Harvey Lee, Lester Ray, Nathaniel, all of Dallas Texas and Homer J. Solomon of Marlin Texas. Godparents: Mr. & Mrs. Cecil & Demeta Sharp of Cedar Hill Texas; 2 Fur babies: Mr. Rock and Mr. Gucci Franklin of Fort Worth Texas. Three dear friends, Millie Newhouse, Myra Clay, and Lynn Perry Willis all of Fort Worth. A Special Niece Demistrece “MeMe” McGee of Fort Worth Texas. A host of grand nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, coworkers, and her Legacy Church family.
