Patrick Lewis Trinkle

A Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM with a Graveside Service at 11:00 AM at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel & Cemetery, located on 7301 East Lancaster, Fort Worth, TX 76112.

Patrick was born in Gulfport, Mississippi to James Wallace and Mary Louise Trinkle. Patrick graduated from medical school in 1970 and began his satisfying and rewarding career as a primary care physician.

He practiced first in a small town, later as a hospital-based internist and finally as a successful gastroenterologist. Patrick had many hobbies and interests in life but first and foremost was family, followed by music and classic cars. Patrick and Jo Ann were married while college students at UTA, beginning their life of 57 years together. He will be greatly missed.

Patrick is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers James Dean Trinkle and Jamie Ray Trinkle Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann, and two children: daughter Tracy McMillian and son Rick Trinkle and his wife, Gaylen. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren: Mary Kate, Sarah and Caledonia McMillan and Carlyn and Ryan Trinkle, nephews James Wallace Trinkle II and his wife Kim, Jaime Ray Trinkle II, and niece Misty Brewer.
