Nichelle Rene Cole

Nichelle Rene Linton was born February 10, 1972 in Farmington, New Mexico to the union of Floyd Lester Linton and Delores Weatherspoon Linton. Her parents were members of the Powerhouse Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Pastor W. C. Kenan. Nichelle accepted Christ at an early age at Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Roosevelt McCray in Satin, Texas. Her mother later moved the family to Fort Worth, Texas in 1981. The family joined Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Dellie Evans in 1987. Nichelle attended Keller High School and graduated in May 1990. She attended Tarrant County College and later received her Bachelor Degree from Columbia University. Nichelle met and married Mr. Aaron Ezra Cole Sr. and to this marriage one child was born, Aaron Ezra Cole II. Nichelle enjoyed planning trips and vacations. One of the fondest family memories was the surprise birthday party she did for her Mom's 65th birthday. The last major event Nichelle hosted was the Ernest/Emma Horton Family Reunion May 2023. Nichelle had a good heart and was always willing to help a friend in need.

Nichelle loved working in the Real Estate Industry specializing in Commercial and Residential real estate. She was a successful realtor in the state of Illinois, Texas, and Georgia. She started Dreams Fulfilled Realty Inc. in Chicago, IL. and was one of the top realtors in the area. Although Nichelle, affectionately known as Nicki, was not a licensed bartender she had the reputation of making the finest & strongest cocktails ever sipped. Nicki loved to travel across the world with family & friends visiting places like Jamaica, Rome, and Mexico to name a few.

Nichelle was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Lester Linton, and her paternal & maternal grandparents. Nichelle is survived by her son Aaron Ezra Cole II, her mother Delores Linton, her brother Reginald James Linton (TIffiney), Uncles/Aunts: Dan Linton, Frank & Norma Linton, Henry & Carolyn Linton, Will & Mildred Linton, Joseph & Mary Linton, Verma Modkins, Jerry & Patricia Weatherspoon, Curtis & Vera Weatherspoon, Janelle Randle, Jerry & Nancy Pearson, Darryl & Louvenia Thomas, Terry & Wanda Coursey, and a host of cousins. Special acknowledgement to Nichelle's sisters in love, Sandra Barrera, Jacqualyne Crawford, Tiffani Farris, Sherian Greaves, and Glenda Cheek. Gone but never forgotten!
