Lori was born in Fort Worth, to Felix David Lajara and Janice Kay Hamilton, on July 2, 1963. She went to school at Sabine Pass High School. She married James Neil White Jr. on June 30, 1990 in Fort Worth. She worked as a clerk for Goodwill Industries for 5 years. She was a member of Old Primitive Baptist Church. She loved the church and enjoyed talking with the other members. She also enjoyed her almost daily phone calls with her cousin, Debra. She enjoyed games, working puzzles, coloring, reading about Anne Frank, and working on her family history.
Lori was preceded in death by her husband, James Neil Jr. and her mother, Janice Kay Hamilton.
Lori is survived by her father, Felix David Lajara of Fort Worth; brothers, David Lajara of Dallas and Lance Lajara of Arizona; cousin, Debra Mitnik of Saint Louis, MO; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws that loved her dearly; as well as her beloved cat, Toodles.
