Karen Dickey, 72, of Fort Worth, passed away on December 17, 2019 surrounded by family and friends.
Visitation will be from 6pm to 8pm on Friday, December 20, 2019 at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel at 7301 East Lancaster Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76112.
Funeral services will be held at 11am, Saturday December 21, 2019 at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Doug Rife of Temple Baptist Church officiating. The burial will follow at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery.
Karen was born in Fort Worth on September 18, 1947. She grew up in Fort Worth where she met her lifelong friend Barbara Boyett. She graduated from Eastern Hills High School in 1965. She met Bobby Dickey in 1966 and later that year married him on December 30, 1966.
Karen is proceeded in death by her mother Erna Bruce and her stepfather Gordon.
Karen is survived by; her husband of almost 53 years Bobby Dickey, son Brad Dickey and husband Michael, daughter Paige Faulkner and husband Brett, brother Terry Kelley and wife Nancy, grandchildren Kendall Dickey and Braden Faulkner, along with numerous family and friends.
